Can we make it so premades can't match with Solos

In all modes. If I queue solo (yes even in draft or norms) I wanna go against solos? Not people who are prob on voicechat and therefore have an advantage?

Or at least have it ask you if you're in queue for a bit if you're okay with going against premades?

because you know 2 +2 +2 = 5 This would defintely work for ranked queue.

Riot takes into account that premades have better communication and so pres are most likely less skileld than you are that you encounter. The fact they likely have better communication is balanced out with worse skill. So ill happily go against a premade.
