That the Halloween skins were leaving the shop Riot. There were literally there earlier today, and then I log in this afternoon and they're gone. Transparency Riot. How hard would it have been to say that the skins were leaving 11/8, or after Patch 9.22. Fix your shit.

I even asked support and all they could tell me was: Thanks for reaching out to us! So, in regards to your question, we are unable to provide any info as to when the Harrowing skins will leave the shop or if Bewitching Miss Fortune will stay in the shop after the skins cycle out but I highly recommend keeping an eye out for future updates through the website. I know that what I gave you as an answer was vague, but I hope you understand.

No I don't understand. It's frankly ridiculous that you can't answer a question as simple as this.

Hm, the Riot support lately feels very strange. Many of the responses I receive are similar to this and there seems to be disconnect between Riot and Customers lately

I got a similar reply as well. And it was very vague. Then he tried to put me off in a jiffy and quite frankly. I stopped caring about playing until they fix things up.

Don't event skins that are designed to leave the shop almost always leave the next patch after the event is over?

Not everyone knows that though, especially newer players like me. Like, it would take them 5 seconds to just post that in the News section or something.

Like for example, My Shop, tells you exactly when it's gonna end. Just do the same thing when they cycle things back in. Not hard. And if they don't have a definitive date yet at least let people know it's still gonna be there for another day(s)/week(s).

Just ignore him, Hes not worth your time. I agree there should be a "available till this date/available for x amount of time left" but that makes too much sense.

If they're labeled as a Legacy skin, yes

Though Riot tends to shift skins in and out of being Limited and Legacy and the transparency on which skins are available isn't good. I have trouble keeping up with League news and even sites that try to log everything like Surrender at 20 seem to miss some things periodically. They really should make it regularly available on the home page and in the client all the details of an event.

Most other games will make it clear "3 DAYS LEFT!" on event items because they want to make last minute sales and its useful information for the consumer.
