New game mode idea
I had an idea for a new game mode called NFSR, where you can't run flash. That's the only difference. It would require creativity and wouldn't be that hard to through together while rito makes one for all.

Might as well just disable summoner spells entirely and see how people do without em. Smite might have to be the exception since jungle item is tied to it.
