This may come as a surprise, but in my opinion the most impressive character in lol lore is Twisted Fate. I just think it is amazing that he managed to survive being Eveylnn's lover and (probably) gambling with Tahm Kench
Sadly neither of those things happened.
First, they didn't happen. TF x Evelynn relationship is not canon anymore, and It wasn't TF contracted with Tahm Kench.
Second, nothing is special about surviving against Tahm Kench if you contracted. He intentionally doesn't kill you since he needs your misery.

Impressive is a pretty vague term. Personally I'm far more impressed by Graves than I am with TF. TF has magic explosives and can teleport. Graves can keep up and even get the drop on him and he's just a tough guy with a gun.
MF is more impressive than both because she out thought and manipulated everyone to get what she wanted.
Those are the characters I find impressive.
On the other side of things there are characters like Aurelion Sol who is pure splendor and magic that others may find impressive. Hard to disagree with that assessment even when I am not all that impressed by him personally.
So it's a bit of an odd open question really.
