Neeko health bar not working properly.

I was fighting Neeko on Twisted treeline and her health bar never updated. She never appeared to take damage, even though she could be killed. Part way through the game, about when i saw her use her passive for the first time, it fixed itself for a few minutes. Several minutes later, it happened again and stayed like that for the rest of the game. It may be connected to her passive.

This made playing against her nearly impossible as you never knew how much health she had.

Side note: Fiora vitals still showed up on her model, and it still had different animations, so the model itself was fine.
