Today has been a rough day

I went from G1 promos to G3 today. I had a loss streak where I played horrible and my teammates as well. I cried hard when I got demoted because it made me realize how shit I am in this game and its frustrating that I lose when in certain situations I just didn't know what to do. I've always hated losing and always loved winning. There were matchups that I didn't knew what to do because I just didn't have enough knowledge/experience. I had a Yasuo inting in one of my games where I played Darius and I did well but we lost because of the inting yas. It made me realize that winning my lane doesn't mean jack if my other laners can't win theirs it seems. The enemy team after that game told me "you had to help out the Yas in the mid lane since you won your lane". I felt like if I want to climb and get plat I have to help and win, not only my lane, but everybodys lane and I don't know if I'm capable of doing that atm. I'm just really frustrated right now and don't know what to do. I guess I need some advice with the stuff I had to deal with today in ranked.

sorry if I wrote things incorrectly I just wrote this after my ranked game that got me demoted so I'm clearly frustrated.

Welcome to the shit storm that is riots shitastic match making.. games are never balanced . You either dominate or get crushed there is no in between... I had a b2 on my team against 4 gold players on theirs ..how you think his lane went? He got destroyed , which allowed his fed lane to roam every where and control the game.... They say it's a coin flip , it's not.... Plus is so much smurfing these days, which ruins the game also... Just have to pray you can get a couple good teams in a row to make any movement

5's ranked is too long so i play 3's and the match making sometimes even puts me with bronze or silvers against plat and diamonds. Every once in a long while you can actually win against the plat or diamond players if your team isn't complete dogshit, which is extremely rare. What you need to do is be VERY nit picky and start looking at all of your teammates information like k/d/a, cs, and recent win/loss ratio as soon as champ select starts on lolking.com where you copy(ctrl C) the names quickly from the chat window you will see their names right when champ select opens up and paste(ctrl V) to lolking site in search player box thing in top right corner. Start dodging a lot more games and suffer having to wait 5 10 or 20 mins for however many you dodge. it's worth waiting that long and only losing like 3 or 5 lp w/e it is instead of queuing with idiots or a bad team comp in general and having to watch your team throw and piss you off like no tomorrow for 30 minutes straight............... one of the worst ways to lose is having a troll team Trundle Trundle Trundle or just losing to trundle at all is REALLY annoying for some reason.
