Yall think I can get out of Bronze/Deserve to get out of Bronze?

Currently B3 with a B2 mmr mostly playing Top (If I play anything else it can be somewhat difficult since I'm mostly playing Top). Anyways with my kda and wr and the champs that I've been playing do yall think I can get out and get silver? Or because I'm relatively new to the game it will require me more weeks/months to get more experience in the game till I can get out? Any response would be appreciative.
