She's fine, she need no buffs, the buffs you already gave her already put her over the top. Just stop.

The buff is big too, like 10 damage on a spell she casts every half a second, it can add like easily over 50100 damage in an all in at lvl 12.
Cass top is back to bully every melee while hyper scaling into team fights at the same time, have fun.
