massive lag spikes and ping spikes in the rift, no internet issues whatsoever

Hello summoners! I am having a major issues for the past few hours with massive ping spikes and the client taking FOREVER to load. I checked the status of my internet and there seems to be no issues whatsoever with my router. Is anyone else having this issue? Please respond if you are! Thank you!
