What's up guys! I just wanted to know some of your thoughts on Lucian in season 10 and whether or not he needs numbers adjustments, or do you think that the itemization is the issue? please post your thoughts here!

look at miss fortune and ashes winrate and pick percents, and no nerfs for then. Riot has made it clear marksmen are allowed to be busted.

And every lane has champiosn with ridiculous win rates and pick rates not just marksmen lol.

Do me a favor and sort by pick rate. Look how many of the picks are marksmen. Lucian has a THIRTY PERCENT. 30 PERCENT. Pick rate with a 48 percent winrate. Kai sa, another supposed high skill adc, 35 percent pickrate.
Akali has 20 percent pickrate and a 47 percent winrate and GETS NERFED AGAIN.
think about that for a second if you honestly dont think riot is biased toward adcs.

These are plat plus stats from op gg. Where do you get your stats? Oh thats right you're not quoting any.
Akali isn't broken at high elo. Actual strong picks that get spammed in pro play like xayah or kaisa, of which kai sa is VERY strong considering her pickrate. Don't get touched.

High elo doesn't do it often, but the results are pretty extreme. So, yes I do think that crit Lucian's performance should be watched at the very least.

75% slow = haha have fun getting gunned down by a 1 item Kai'Sa while you can't move.
