LoL PC Bangs (Cafes) in NA?

No one wants to leave the comfort of their home

and spend money on something they can do at home.

Unlike Asia. its more expensive to play in NA at PC bangs.

Someone from my highschool opened one up in my hometown and invited me to check it out.

Personally, I never saw a big reason to go to a PC cafe if I can already have coffee, drinks, snacks in my own room with my own computer. I didn't have a good computer at the time, I never really needed a decked out PC build to JUST play League of Legends. So I never bothered to check it out.

AFAIK, it could be doing well, I think? It's been up for like 6 years now? I don't really know. But I do drive by it occasionally when I visit my hometown and I see it still have its sign and blacked out windows. Not many cars though but that could be because of the hours players tend to visit.

If you wanna organize social events and local tournaments, then sure! It's a place to be! Much like local card shops, it's a place where you can gather players to chat and play card games. But if it was just the sole purpose of renting out a moderately well-built PC. Then no. I wouldn't visit.
