Bugs

I thought it was only me, but ingame id blackout for 3-5 seconds, until a friend brought it up. just randomly, like 1 in 5 games black out. also champ select is really buggy, the client is fine, game is fine other than the blackouts, then champ select is REALLY REALLY buggy like 1 mbps internet buggy
