IM NOT LOSING ANY LP! DIAMOND MMR IS BROKEN!

I never thought id be complaining about this, but IM LOSING LITTLE LP! im a d4 player, I get +13 -20 in d4, I play soo much so its not uncommon that eventually ill get a lucky winstreak and end up in d3. I peaked d3 94 lp recently, and from there I am getting -13?? MINUS THIRTEEN! I don't even know, how much id gain because I haven't won in soo long, literally haven't lost more than 13 all the way from 94 lp to 0, it took for ever for me to lose my 94 points it literally makes no sense. this is allowing people to get into masters and challenger while they have no business being anywhere near there and people to be hard stuck in diamond 4. I have no idea why my mmr is soo high, im a terrible player and should be around d4, I did not deserve to peak almost d2 promos, I am not yet at that skill level. I play a lot of games so ill eventually be at the elo I deserve but other players will just camp that rank its soo disgusting. I can almost guarantee that there are players who are camping d1 / masters who were like d5/d4 last season.
