Can Vladimir get a VGU?

I think vlad has a well defined niche playstyle and is also in a good place in the game as of right now, his kit is well designed but I think an overhaul of his Visuals would be pretty nice. Vlad is a really old champ and definitely needs an update to bring him up to date with the rest of the champs. The main reason I would like a VGU is because Blood lord Vladimir is legendary skin but he still doesn't have all the effects that a legendary skin should have. I paid money for the skin riot I want my moneys worth.
