Should challenger or high Elo players have the say ??

So i been playing league of legends for 3 years and i raise questions to riot or the league community. Some response are of one saying, "We "challenger" players know what we're seeing. We work or riot and it needs to be fixed." It annoy's me that people like this in the community is telling or manipulating what lower elo players need answers too. The points they make don't explain the situation and boast about their high ranking and make a joke out of it. Some really want to learn and listen to explanations and details of why this happen, why did this stun work before and not now, was the patch bugging this specific detail of the champion I'm playing in game performance, etc. Like to me I low key get offended by people who just use the high elo or challenger excuse to pitch about things. I do understand that we look up to them for answers since their up in the leader boards because they must know something than we don't. Now i been testing it myself about the problems I see and it shocks me that what they say is true and sometimes just a bug. That has nothing related to what the high elo or challenger player says to clam was the problem. Over all i just feel like the Higher elo players are manipulating these new players to intermediate players the wrong information and should be address to prove in a visionary matter to prove that it works or not in detail. Just because you say it is don't mean its actually true without proof.
