Anyone looking for recruitment ?

I want to be in the competitive scene and surround myself with great players. Been playing rank solo for a year and i start to sense that people in bronze seem to have lack of interest of winning the game. So they leech on other team mates. I want to be with people who have plays with a better mind and people who are okay of losing a game and learn from it. Not blame the team for not doing their part.
