Why should we bash on Rioters who speak out? Yea it gets frustrating, or yea they can help do something, BUT overall its a TEAM effort just like league. Why must they hide their thoughts and ideas from the community if they give just as good feedback or output as us the league community. Id rather them give us their thoughts and feelings so we could push for something bigger as a team with the rioters instead of being their #1 hated enemies, cause this is how to make the game better or mentally healthier I would say that those rioters who speak out are courageous and brave enough to face league from keeping them quiet. This honestly gives more value to league when they show us their passion for the game

The more riot emplyees can speak out the more they can push for buffs/nerfs/rework/design and concepts For the community. There will be some thorns along the path but im pretty sure we can make it through

Look I know we've had some bad rioters, but we also have the ones willing to speak out or speak to us. The rest of the other rioters are silenced and are afraid to say anything wrong to "Riot" or about "league of legends" because they will lose their jobs. That should be understandable since they dont want to lose their homes.
