Can we nerf Jhin with stormrazor?

Jhin + Stormrazor + fleet footwork is complete bullshit. Oh Riot. I love chasing a 10,000 ms Jhin around trying to kill him while he tiptoes around like a little bitch kiting me infinitley until he decides to run away or just kills me from the sheer poke.

12/4 urgot with righteous glory should be able to catch up to him, right? WRONG.

Fuck that... Jhin is like Usain Bolt in LOL. A champion like this shouldn't exist win combination with ff and Stormrazor...
