Blue wheel of death... My shop isn't loading. Was working fine earlier today. Oh well. Was just about to drop some money lol.

Yep. Same with me. No matter how many times I restarted my game or my PC id didn't load. Also leaving it didn'y help either.... Good job Riot Games. Loaded some RP in to bye some skins and still you din't let me....

Sorry it took a while to respond to these threads on this issue, but we were able to identify what we believe was the cause and should now be fixed up! Can you try loading Your Shop again?

It's still broken for me. I'm starting to think this isn't a personal problem, but a Riot problem.

Hell, I've uninstalled all my Anti Virus and shut down my firewall. It still won't work.
