I ask my friends to let me see their phone and when they do I power it off.

You wouldn't think it's funny, but when it happens to the same person like 5 times it gets kinda funny.

Or today, my friend has an iphone and I was a few drinks in so when I pushed what I thought was the power button something started recording what I was saying. I figured it was voice command so I tried to say "shut down", it just turned the voice commands off.

I then turned to another friend who witnessed the whole situation and asked to see their phone.

It was handed to me without hesitation. I took 2 seconds to look around at everyone, and then shut the phone off and handed it back. The owner took a couple seconds to figure out that it was powered off.

It was hilarious.

Also I'm an asshole.
