people trolling in ranked?

ye know how you just get outta casuals from buying your 20th champ and go into promos and everyone trolls or just quits the game mid game and you cant even remake for them to just come back and feed ? like fr tho its like everyone in ranked is just trolling in my promos and now ive lost 6 outta 10 promos cus fucking trolls like wtf is this ?
