Shaco is on the list for full visual&gameplay-updates They'll update all of his skins once he gets one.

I think first he needs a VGU because in his lore he is a cursed puppet..and in game he is a a person with a joker makeup and 2 blades

Shaco deserves a hell of a lot more than a skin, but holy moly a more dynamic shaco skin would be revolutionary
