We Need New Jarvan skins
its been so long since he has had a actual good skin and all his skins look like i wouldn't mind a project jarvan tbh lol ( im joking ) but he needs something new maybe a ultimate skin even?

I'm really confused why this guy isn't getting more skins. He has a large and dedicated playerbase and his theme/model fit into many fantasies.
Can a Rioter explain the lack of content and attention?
Well J4 does need some skins, but I would want to see some love put back into his older skins as well.
He may be getting some changes which would explain the lack of content.
I don't know for sure, but he may be getting model updates, texture changes, ability changes, etc.
All of these would delay the release of a new skins for a champ.
