Why no gank Mid?
Why is it that every enemy jungler ganks mid, to just make the landers opponent suffer but then the jungler on the opponents team never ganks mid.... just why...

You wanna post a replay of your laning phase? Might be able to give insight on why your junglers are choosing not to gank mid.
Usually it comes down to 3 things: Win condition, wave position, and objective potential
If you consistently get ganked every game constantly you're probably pushed up way too far too frequently. This both causes you to get ganked, and causes your jungler to be unable to gank.
Additionally if you play a champion that likes to roam a lot, or hyper scales, you could be targeted to prevent you from doing those things.
Looking at your match history I see a lot of Azir, when I used to jungle a lot and I had champions like Azir in the mid lane against my mid laner, I'd gank mid with relative frequency as Azir by nature pushes lanes quite a bit, and I sure don't want him to hyper scale for free. I want to slow that down as much as possible.
Looking over your history more, you seem to play a lot of hyper scaling champions, I see Azir, Gangplank, Irelia, Jax, Kai'sa.
I also see a fair amount of Aurelion Sol, and again, by nature, Aurelion Sol pushes lanes fast so he can roam with near global pressure. What do you do to champions with Globals? Fight them in their own lane so you're less likely so have a surprise champion joining the fray.
You also don't appear to ever purchase control wards. Start doing that. Permanent vision on one side of the river means you can hold to that side to avoid ganks. Also think about where you ward, and see how that compares to players who are better than you. Doing that same thing has made me much safer in my own gameplay.
because there are bad and good junglers, you just have to hope for the coinflip
If this is a consistent problem for you, it might have something to do with your laning habits.
