If Kassadin Doesn't Get A Skin By The End Of Season, I'm Done.

You gave Talon a new skin after Blood Moon came out last year. You gave Lucian a skin even though he had one last year as well with Heartseeker. You gave Riven ANOTHER skin after getting an already legendary one last year as well, who also got a purchasable championship skin the year BEFORE too. You gave both Garen and Darius skins JUST because they were popular for a vs event. You gave Caitlyn another skin after getting a legendary one last season. I'm not even going to get into why Ashe doesn't need another god damn skin. You gave Xayah and Rakan 2 skin sets in one year, both who are still "new".

And now.... You're giving Yasuo another skin after years of getting a skin every season. You're giving Jinx another skin even though she got one just last Christmas, and got a legendary skin just a year before that. You're giving Kayn, another relatively new champion, a LEGENDARY skin.

I'm sick of you pandering to popular god damn champions. Besides Heimerdinger and maybe Kled, Kass is the champion that needs a skin the most. And in all honesty, if he doesn't get one by the end of S8, I'm done with this systematically based game for good.

It really is sad that a 2009 champ still only has one skin with altered particles. They've had years to give him something. There's no good excuse.

Like any skin Kassadin gets is going to surpass Reaver anyway. No one plays Kassadin, so Riot has little incentive to make a skin for him. If they made a Kassadin Legendary skin, and every Kassadin player bought it, it wouldn't make half of what a 975 RP skin for Zed (Championship) made (over $5.1 million). And while we have an idea how much some skins generate in revenue, we have no idea on our end what they cost Riot to make.

That said, Kai'Sa and Kassadin will probably get a skin soon, given how popular Kai'sa has remained and that she's the new Vayne who's gotten 8 skins in 8 years herself, including a recent Legendary, an eSports skin, and a Mythic. You're probably not going to like it though, so no use getting so incensed.
