i just realized something... a lot of the silly obvious noob trolls said that 0,25 sec cd nerf to zoes q gutted her. they said the same about the 5 movementspeed nerf on irelia.
riot should actually go the opposite way. take a champ thats total trash right now (like nunu) and buff his q by 0,25 sec and give him 5 more ms.
that would be legit the best prank riot could pull right now. that or keep ignoring irelia akali kaisa lul. but that gets kinda old rn.
