The next level way to dodge skillshots at high elo... don't dodge. Actually I remember a conversation by some Riot employee talking about Mithy from TSM being known as really good at dodging skillshots. When asked his secret he said he'll juke no more than once, click his mouse in a direction, and take his hands off. Because people overplay the juke game and end up putting themselves in a stickier situation because of it.
