Is This Scripting?
Honest question, I've slowed down the relevant section a little bit in the link. But does Fiora's movements as I go to Q her (on Nami) seem fishy, heh, to anyone?

The Q dodge doesn't look too suspicious since it could be explained away with random luck and typical strafe dashing many players do to remain a hard target for such skill shots.
Her movement as you attempt to Ult does though. The zero movement for a bit up until the frame your ult appears on the screen (which they immediately riposte) looks extremely shifty.
Riot would have better information so report and let them look into it.
Fiora can Q during her W at any point.
this looks like whoever was recording got a lag spike, but that might be cause of the recording speed. Could you record this in a consistent speed, like 1x or 0.5x and not change it. Streamable allows you to upload webms that are made from the highlights feature
Nami's q is extremely telegraphed and dodging it isn't a particularly impressive feat, especially in a 1v1
for example the most obvious scripting ive ever witnessed was a Kalista autoattacking creeps and hopping going in a straight line, I fired a morgana bind at where she would hop from next where there is a slight pause, and she WALKED to avoid it as a jump wouldn't have avoided it in time. That is not something a real person would ever do while spam clicking move attack to walk through a creepwave
so the scripts todays can even automatically dodge abilities? wow, just wow, next gen hacks, back in the old school dota times people only used maphack.
