Kayle could actually build double tear after her rework and wooo its strong but its gone now, however if they gave manamune 5% max mana turning into AD instead of 2% or gave it 25 more AD, i feel like champs like fiora or maybe even yi, or udyr can build it instead of jt being ezreal specific. Maybe rito? Plz?
