Which champs do you guys think are the nicest and most evil in the game?

idk which would be the most evil...though i realised there are so many dark champions XD

Teemo is probably the most evil character in all of LoL
Though I have my biases... Trying to be objective:
Nicest: Probably 
Meanest: Hard to say, but probably 
As far as I know, bad human champions like Gangplank, Urgot, etc were made into who they are, while someone like Evelynn sustains herself on the torment of others, so its partial necessity. Morde meanwhile just reeks of the "king of evil" kind of deal to me, at least from what I've heard.
Nicest is either Ivern or Braum.
Most evil is Veigar, obviously.
Nicest ones are Ivern, Soraka and Braum.
Evil goes to any Shadow Isle villain, maybe LeBlanc.
