Got the same thing happening along with buttons turning gray and unable to start anything at all <.<

I too have had this problem happen to me, Today i finally got a Queue dodge for it since it wouldn't lock my ban it, simply grey ban button even tho the champion i wanted to ban wasn't banned, It's also regularly stuck on 0 seconds and just barely makes it to register a ban lock.
