why is aram so buggy..............health cant be seen somtimes....and some abilities and the minimap goes away sometimes

ever since this new patch aram is buggy as shit.
its terrible, spells disappear, health drops never appear but are there.
I had a bug where anivia used her wall when i pulled someone and it just canceled my pull, i want to see it recreated on the rift.
Skarner's spires also disappear and don't reappear until the other team claims them.
