Are toxic players ever actually punished?

Just a thought. I've seen MANY over the top toxic players that I have to mute and I'm just wondering if any of them actually get punished for their words. Might have some less toxic players if they did.

Have you not lurked on GD before? People come here to bitch about getting banned for being toxic all the time. If you report them they'll get punished, but don't expect it to happen if you never bother to report.

Ya people get banned but not often. They gotta be toxic several games in a row or say some really fucked up shit in one.

They do get punished for words. Its another story with trolls who don't say anything.

Literally just look into the Player Behavior board. Takes 3 seconds. Like 40 posts a day complaining that they got banned.
