Do Reports Do Anything?

Today we played a game where the adc died to a jg gank, said, "enjoy the loss" and proceeded to build ap (on cait), farm all of the jg camps, and then afk. The other team felt bad and reported her, our team was pretty upset and we also reported her after the game. I never got a notification about a punishment being given, so I checked op.gg and the player is still out there doing this....

I'm wondering, if that's ok and not punishable, what is punishable?

Yes, stay on these forums long enough and you will see they most certainly do something.

Yes, what they did is punishable, however, one games worth of doing such isn’t enough to get punished.

Also, not everyone who gets punished by you will get a pop up box, for whatever reason.
