Capsule Buff - No More Redundant Champion Shards Please.

Title pretty much explains it. Can you stop giving us champion shards of things we already own? The current system for getting champions might not suck so badly if the loot we were getting was tailored to our playstyle and took into account the fact that we already own all of the 450 BE champs. Nothing says disappointment like getting a shard that is only worth 90 BE. And it might be nice to be getting support champion shards only as a support main, for example.
