Rakan's E Needs to Be NERFED to ONE CHARGE.

Title. It's honestly too broken for him to be able to engage from one end of the lane to the other in a matter of less than a second. It isn't gameplay. You want to sit there and tell me that C9 Sneaky made an "unforced error" when he had less than a second to react to a guy going from the end of the lane, out of vision, right on top of his face? That's not an unforced error you retards. That's your "balance" team neglecting to nerf that champion.

I guarantee you that his pick rate would decline by AT LEAST 20% if you give him ONE charge on his E so that he can't do that shit. I promise you it would happen. He's the most broken initiate in the entire game and NOTHING has been done about it. Why the Hell would you EVER pick Alistar when you can play Rakan? Rakan gets Alistar's entire initiate combo in ONE ABILITY, AND 2 more dashes on top of that. Alistar pretty much has to have flash to get his combo off and Rakan's ultimate and W are guaranteed to land if either ability lands, then he has 2 dashes to get in position on top of all that? Alistar is legitimately one of the most awful champions in LOL because this champion makes his entire kit seem pretty worthless. After all, Alistar is just as squishy as a Rakan as soon as his 5-second ult wears off.

Don't even care about replies to this thread, we all know it's true. Then we have idiot casters like Spawn saying that Zeyzal shouldn't be CC'ing the Rakan. Well, if you don't, that's what happens. One second he's behind his ADC who is happily farming and the next he's sitting on top of your ADC's face. If you CC the OP engage then your ADC is at least safe from that. Sneaky taking autos to the face from Lucian is on him at that point.

He can only proc E on his allies. If he only has one ally in lane, he's only going there. Not sure what the issue is.

Are you actually whining about a champ that has been sitting at 48-49% winrate and only a 6% pick rate for months. You are wanting to take away one of the most essential things that rito purposely made because he is supposed to be a top tier initiative. Also that video was before his e nerf lol. R charm range isnt the same radius as w so you don't get insta charmed. Alistar on the other hand though has a dash, a knockup, a stun AND only takes 75% reduced damage before even adding onto whatever resistances he built.

One is a squishy super engage

The other is a regular hard tank engage.

Yeah its weird how ali is totally garbage in comparison even though his playrate is higher AND his winrate is almost 4% higher

Pretty ignorant to say you don't a shit and won't waste your time to try and explain this dogshit presumption of rakan being broken when literally nothing proves it.

I think I know what you're talking about and it was a good play by DMG. He didn't come from one end of the lane to the other. He just came out from fog of war. Rakan played the combo perfectly. E for gap close, RW onto sneaky, E back to safety. Rakan is extremely squishy. That's why he has the second E to get him out which has a time limit to be used after the first E. Any hard CC spells death for Rakan as you could see from every time Thresh landed a hook on him. Are you seriously complaining that a champion should get nerfed just because of one good play. C9 even won that game. You keep comparing Rakan to Alistar when Alistar is tanky so he doesn't need that dash to get him out of danger. At least Alistar is still useful after his engage. Rakan is literally all engage and then run away because you can't do anything else after.
