A lot of games on the quality of league of legends cost a lot of money. Sometimes a flat whatever amount, while other times a subscription for upwards of $20 a month. I recently wanted to get a membership for Wizard 101, I had some extra money, so why not? Well, when I went to look at the membership prices - its 14.99 for one month, about 179 a year, I mean, sure, its a reasonable amount, dont get me wrong, if I had a little more money it seems like a good idea but the whole thing made me realize how lucky we are to even have league for free. So, the next time you decide you want to curse out riot because your main isnt OP, just remember youre allowed to play this game for free, and that you should be grateful for that. DotA is free and every champion is permanently unlocked. HotS is free and it gives free champions, skins, and other cosmetics at significantly higher rates even when considering it has more of those to give.

at one point this game was without a doubt the most entertaining game to play and watch. Now the game is at a point where the people who make a living playing and streaming this game are constantly throwing shots because this shit is in such a laughable state.
