Matched with Duo Deranking.

So I just got stuck with a duo that was clearly trying to derank.

One kept feeding intentionally, egregiously missing skill shots on purpose, and would run around in circles when fighting was near by.

The other was more complicated to explain, he went 12/0, but never once pushed an objective, helped teammates, etc. When we were pushing or defending, he made sure to be in the jungle. When the enemy was in our base destroying the inhibs and nexus turrets, he was literally running along side the wall of the map back and forth to avoid the battle. He also took the champ which our top had preselected, should have known to dodge then.

A quick look at their profiles shows they've done this in 30+ games recently.

I and at least one other teammate reported them, for what good that does. They weren't rude or obnoxious in the chat, when they were called out on what they were doing they played innocent even though it was obvious. I've had feeders on my team, verbally toxic players, AFKs, etc... in 10 years of playing LoL, this was the worst. It's beyond frustrating because I know they'll continue to get away with it; they've already done this 30 times, and ruined games for 90 other players in doing so. If it had just been one troll, then we probably would have won, but a duo? basically impossible.

It amusing, because I see people on these boards who get banned for being even the most mildly toxic, but people who straight up ruin games intentionally never face repercussions.
