You're absolutely right. Everyone here with any motivation to win would do the exact same. Even if they say otherwise. Allowing someone who was DC'd back into the game is simply griefing your own team, and I've yet to see any of these Jesus figures in my games.

doesnt matter to me if its a normal or a ranked game. I play to win and I'll take any opportunity coming my way.
And honestly, maybe the person did disconnect at the beginning, but maybe its also just one of these idiots who go afk during loading screen and then are late to lane. It doesnt matter to me. I have d/ced before too and I am well aware of my level disadvantage when that happens. And I'm not expecting people to spare me because of that.

So I was in my placements and I was 2 wins 1 loss, I was a little tilted from the last game but I didn’t think it was a problem. I come up against this Vladimir who is about the worst mid laner I’ve seen in a long time. I was playing Azir and killed him like 3 times in 10 minutes, he then goes to all chat and asks me to not kill him so he can farm because he’s on his brothers account and his main is bronze 4. I had a little laugh so I went bot lane and got my adc a double kill, I went back mid and this vlad thinks something has changed in 2 minutes and all ins me along with his Jax jungle. I últ them both into my tower and then finish them off for a double kill. Then this guy flames me in all chat for killing him. Showed absolutely no mercy for the rest of the game, free win.

I enjoy crushing the enemies hopes of winning. I give just a little just enough to keep them in game but not enough to win. It makes crushing much more worth it.

This is a good thing. A lot of people go afk at the beginning and ruin the game for other people. I feel bad for their teammates but maybe the will get reported and learn their lesson or be banned.

See, if this was Season 3 or 4, I would let you last hit until you were level 6. I would not engage unless you started it, at which point I'm not letting you free farm.
Now, too easy to catch up so it doesn't matter if I let you farm or not.
This doesn’t really happen that often anymore since most dcs that would have this effect on a game are done as redos. That said...
I personally let them farm as long as it’s not Nasus or Veigar, where doing so accelerates their scaling absurdly quickly. They’re already behind, and frankly they’ve already “lost” lane at this point. If they decide to start fighting me for whatever reason (which has happened before), all bets are off. I’m booty blasting you into next century.
I would love for someone to return this courtesy to me, so I can only afford this to my opponents out of principal. However, I do not except this treatment. In fact, when this has happened to me, I tend to not even lane. I’ll soak exp under tower and farm what I can, but once the minions leave tower, I leave.
In short, I sit somewhere in between. I believe you should try to let people farm, and as such I do it. But I don’t expect it and definitely see the opposing argument as to this being a competitive mode and such shortcuts should never be offered. As such, I incorporate my own philosophies without expecting them in return.
That’s sums it pretty well up. Got a Jax last game who disconnected and begged me to let him farm back otherwise I would be cruel and unfair.
I stomped him and we won - after many dum mistakes which would have maybe lost us the game if I would have been kind
I would simply ask how they managed to fit an entire computer into a single pizza box.
I make it a habit not to farm kill dcs because I personally feel like I didn't even earn the win that way.
