Old/New Feature: Achievements/Accolodates
Back when I started playing in Season 3 there was a grayed out tab on the profile called "Achievements", apparently a feature they decided to never implement. Given that Riot is wanting to revamp our summoner profiles to make them more personizable by even including all of our previous seasons ranks and not just current season rank I suggest to add a new and improved "Achievements/Accolodates" tab that will be visible publicly.
The Tab: When visiting the tab there will be different sections:
- All completed missions from the past (This way people can remember what missions and events they participated in and learn of new ones by visiting other people's profiles.) This also helps because Riot has stated that they want to find a way to bring attention to how special certain icons are given they were event bound but no one can connect the icons to the events, with this new tab it can also keep track of rewards given for completing the missions.
- Champion Mastery Milestones: Simple enough, get x mastery score, get x many mastery level 7's, etc.
- Level: Reach x level
How it looks: BTW I suck with ms paint so sorry, but you get the idea
basically the screen is a bunch of rows and columns of the achievements that are all greyed out until completed then they become colored/filled. Each achievement has some form of picture whether it be the event logos or the picture of level or whatever. Hovering over the greyed out ones will tell you what you need to do to unlock them or if they can no longer be unlocked due to be limited time only. Hovering over completed ones will tell you their name, corresponding event (if applicable), what rewards you got (if applicable), and when it was achieved.
There will be filters such as: Show only completed Show only non completed Hide non completed that can no longer be completed
And maybe we could even make an option to show off one or more of them on your main profile page directly. Select the achievement you are most proud of and its little icon will appear on your profile page.
Would love to hear feedback and discussions, would love to hear some Rioter's opinions
