And EVERY time it has been 1080 RP, a 20% discount.

That's still $10 of RP unless you just happen to have 1080 or an amount between 1080 and 1350.

At least I got 540 on two skins I've been looking for, Bewitching Trist and Snow Yi. They even threw in a 540 SSG Ezreal, I guess.

I think it's based on what they think you'll buy, but they never change it so we keep getting the same things.
