Graves' ult indicator should show where the splash of his ult will go.

It's been done Anivia's Q so why not for Graves' ult?

It would be a great QoL change that would make a lot of sense.

Examples of how it would look from kamikageyami on Reddit: Full length.

Hitting something.

Wait. People don't smartcast his ult?

Too bad Anivia's Q cast radius indicator straight up lies.

MissFortune 's Double up does this. No reason Graves 's ULT cannot.

Miss fortune's thingy does that. I don't see it being difficult to do.

Something tells me this would be a lot more complicated than people are making it out to be.

Anivia's Q shows the splash at the end of its range, it's not telling you the splash halfway down the line if you happened to activate it early.

Miss Fortune's Q (which for some reason people think this is an accurate comparison) is a point and click. The game is able to easily show the range of the second bullet if you clicked on that specific minion/monster/champion.

Grave's ult is a skillshot, showing you its range and where it's gonna go. I imagine it would be harder for it to predict where it's going to end (think more along the lines of Karma's Mantra + Q. It doesn't cut itself short and show the aoe because there's a champion/minion in it's current path, it just shows you the max range.)

Not saying it's a bad idea or anything.

Pretty good representation of a possible ability indicator, but to be clear it explodes only on champions. Great idea.

Seems like a great idea to me... Kinda like new Sion's E...

As a Graves main, I've learned to judge the splash damage. But this is a great idea to make the game more 'noob-friendly'.

Good idea, I had trouble playing as Graves because I wasn't sure how far and wide his ult's AOE would hit.

Yes. Yes. 1000 time YES!

I always knew that his ult was relatively long range, but seeing that cone just makes me sad. That's a long range nuke on an ADC who's theme is getting in your face and shotgunning you to death.

Just seems thematically odd to me.

because its specified that it explodes behind the target that is... targeted, why are u making it a simpleton thing?

AquariusGine3/4/2015, 6:22:56 PM1 votes

Omg, i never knew it had such a range
