Akali E's Jinx, backs off, E's back in. Once in she Auto + Q's, drops W, and goes far enough in W for her empowered auto to come back. Once it's back, she Gunblade + Auto + Q's all at once for the giant nuke.

didn't realize how much of an overpowered grade school playground roleplay character she was

You guys got outplayed by an akali? What even is there to explain? Jinx and Ornn both played extremely poorly (ornn didn't w, jinx didn't set traps or back up out of range of akali's q) and so Jinx died.

Do you just not know how Akali works? LOL

Akali E mark has infinite range. She can follow the mark regardless of distance

Let me get this straight.

You thought it would be a good idea to move in the direction of an assassin, as a lone marksman. Then, when that assassin jumped on you and went into hiding, rather than run away from the shroud (and thus Akali) you decided to head for your base instead and remain within range of her shroud so she could finish you off.

Akali has a longer burst timer than most assassins, provided you don't stand around her shroud waiting for her to kill you. Lots of champions have difficulty dealing with Akali, but you were hand-wrapped a situation where you could get away or at least force her ult (she shrouded too far away from you to reasonably pursue without ult/flash) and you made the wrong play and died for it.

Not seeing the problem here.
