No mystery shards if you're missing less than 10 champs. Seriously!?!?!

It was nice that having all champs made it a bit easier to pick up the new ones and save a bit of blue essence.

Now, because I have all champs, I can't roll mystery shards to pick up champs and it's nuts. Is it that crucial to force us into farming BE, I get that you guys are really trying to limit the amount of BE going out, but I felt like being able to reroll 3 shards into new champs was a nice way to reward people who have picked up all champs up to this point.

Why take this away? I'd understand if it was never there in the first place, but it just feels crappy that the option is suddenly gone.
