The PTA based nerfs to champions are nuts and push game balance in the wrong direction

Why are we nerfing champions who get the most out of a specific rune?

When you nerf a champion based on the use of a specific rune your force them into using that rune. You're taking away that option to go elsewhere. This makes no sense at all. Just nerf the rune, it's going to happen eventually and chances are these nerfs will be left in some corner forgotten about while these champ win-rates plummet.

It's insane and irresponsible to rebalance multiple champions because you can't balance one rune. Ridiculous.

Also man, some of these nerfs are extremely heavy handed. That hit to Xin solely based on PTA is massive. This is also a hit to his clear and PTA doesn't apply to minions/monsters. If this is about PTA, why is it okay to hit his clear, and dumpster his passive on ANY other mastery.

Riot taking the game in the wrong direction? Damn, never would've guessed. Not in a million years.

He's being nerfed because PtA is being buffed this patch, he won't really lose out.
