Sion Q and E

So lets talk about Sion. Could we speed up the charge animation up to be faster on Q? With this mobility and dashes around it isn't worth the hard work imo. I would like to see original E ap scaling too. It would help against tough match up in laning phase. How do you guys feel about that? Let me know pls. I wonder how are other sion mains feeling about it right now? Do you guys still play sion or upgraded to substitute? Let me know your thoughts, Thanks.
