For all Talon main players

Cutthroat that can be used as a telleport . It could be casted to engage or to escape. Something like renekton dash. Except talon can cast it twice if he would apply the cutthroat. If he wouldn't then one blink per 15 sec. Also he can't blink to the same target twice. Just throwing some ideas because I can't stand when I have to use my yomumu ghost blade and ult to escape. And then I m useless. Zed for example is extremely safe with his shadow abilities and he doesn't need anything from the store to make escapes. I don't care about silence. But I don't want talon to be like hey let's trade my life vs someone and that's it. What do you guys think?
