Anne got range to 625, so how about others ?
Why Zilean can't have range of 625 too, especially considering that his AA has slow animation ?

Zilean has longer spell range than Annie. The buff was to give her better harass as support which Zilean already has plenty of so he wouldn't need such a buff.
she got buffed to poke in lane using aa's and not abilities
