How about 1-3 "Try it Once" tokens per year? Can be used to try out any skin or champ for 1 game. And to be clear I don't mean 1 token per item so you can try everything once, just 1-3 period and you use them on whatever.

Might satisfy the refund crowd and would be a nice addition for everyone else as well.
