The Honour Capsule drop rate for Honour 5 is a joke.

It has been at least nearly a month now since Honour 5 and still nothing, just today I got two key fragments in a row logging in to be met with no capsules. Again. I get honoured, I give honours. I try my best to be a decently behaved player, hell, I try being a behaved player even before the release of the honour system.

Meanwhile a couple of Honour 3s I know of have been getting capsules left and right. Are you sure you fixed that system, Riot?
